Organizational Behavior Forces Executive Summary
Internal and external forces process organizational behaviors in organizations in a multitude of ways. This thick will serve to examine the differences and similarities of intimate forces such as restructuring, organizational cathexiss, and node demands, and external forces such as financial policies, competition, globalization, and the economy for four organizations. These four organizations include the United States postal Service (USPS), the American Life Assurance Company of capital of South Carolina (AFLAC), Bright House Networks (BHN), and Florida Hospital CentraCare (FHCC).
The United States Postal operate is the largest and long-standing carrier of parcel, post and letters in the US. The organizational mission of the USPS is to provide the American public with trusted universal attend at affordable rates. AFLAC is an organization that provides supplemental health and life insurance to its consumer base. Bright House is one of the largest providers of digital cablegram television, high speed Internet, and home phone services in the United States.
Like the three aforementioned, Florida Hospital CentraCare is a customer driven organization. FHCC has functioned as an urgent care provider for everyplace twenty-five years. Each of the organizations described in this summary set different industries but are similar in what they offer. The internal force that affects organizational behaviors in a similar mood for three out of the four organizations is restructuring.
