Anna Eleanor Roosevelt usually called Eleanor was a very heart filled woman. She cared well-nigh everyone but generally worked hard for the disadvantaged and the poor. Eleanor matured agile and lied her younger life very independently, considering her parents died when she was awfully young. Anna Eleanor Roosevelt was born on October 11th, 1884 in New York City. She was the first child of Elliot and Anna Hall Roosevelt. At further the age of eight her mother passed away with diphtheria and her father was restrict into a mental asylum. This forced Eleanor to live with her grandparents. When she was ten, her father so too passed away of alcoholism. Eleanor matured quickly and learned to live independently. As soon as she turned fifteen she was move to England to attend the school of Allenwood. One of her most memorable times at Allenwood was when she made the ice hockey team. In 1903 Eleanor became engaged to her 5th cousin once removed, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and then in 1904 they become married. Within ten years they have 6 children, one girl being the oldest and five boys. Soon after the birth of Franklin Jr. Roosevelt in1909 he dies of influenza.
Eleanor was very active in politics and always new what was going on in the world. In 1920 she played a huge role in the League of Womens Voters by drafting bills and making policies and also in the Womens Trade Union League.
