November 1st, 2010, Brianna age 13, was referred to my office by Dr. Holmes, due to extreme agreement of weights change, insomnia, and irregular menstrual cycles. Dr. Holmes also reports she has stated she has had feelings of depression. Dr. Holmes suspects Brianna may be suffering from Bulimia Nervosa. In my meeting with Brianna we discussed her home.
