Koran has blocked rational thinking about religion by portraying Allah as all powerful, loving and perfect father whose existence and credibility should not be questi peerlessd (Starkovsky, 2005). This therefore presents Koran as much of a comforting piece of literature to the humanity rather than an exact word from the father of universe who should be interacted with.
Additionally, the abstract presentation of Koran complicates its understanding to any thinking man.



The Korans story about creation of the universe, by words alone, is an example of utter submission of man to Allah. This story that indicates mans lack of power to logically broadsheet for how things came to be. Without any religious brainwashing of man, such stories would lead to a conclusion that some social scholars made up the Koran. This could be a scholarly means of consoling humanity, especially when confronted by thoughts and situations beyond human powers and understanding (Long, 2001).
