Tribute to Our Heroes

When most people ar asked about whom their favorite heroes are a typical response will be on the lines like Superman or Batman. For me, my heroes are the ones that fought for my life when the annoyance of Hitler was trying to take over the world. My heroes are the ones that never gave up on me and battled through the hard times of pain and distraint. My heroes were the ones that fought aboard the Allies in World War II. The Men of the U.S. regular army plunk for then were nothing but brave soldiers that never gave up. They were the ones that took it upon themselves to fight with bravery and heart, and die for the freedoms of all Americans.
The war began first of all for the Americans when Japan attacked Pearl Harbor. A sad day that no one will ever forget, many men addled their lives. With 2400 men dead and 1200 wounded, the attack on the Hawaiian brink was devastating to our Navy and caused a new emotion of melancholy and patriotism in the peoples hearts. Without knowing or having any intelligence on the attack of the harbor, the American soldiers fought back with all they had. They would not go down easy, whilst they were being bombarded by kamikaze planes and bombs alike. There are still hundreds of bodies under the pacific on with the sunken battleships. Each has his own story to tell of the losing cope to get to the surface.



Each is a story that screams pain and suffering into your ear as you see the bodies.
