Introduction

This guidance provides a rudimentary overview of insolvency and liquidation proceedings and more detailed information well-nigh the documents that must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies. It summarises some of the rules that apply to bodied voluntary arrangements, moratoria, administrations, receivers, voluntary liquidations, compulsory liquidations and EC regulations.

Companies House house assist with queries relating to the delivery of documents to the Registrar. Other queries should be addressed to the Insolvency run in the first instance. Insolvency proceedings often involve address proceedings and practitioners may be required to convene meetings and prink statutory reports. It is important to note that not all of this information has to be sent to the Registrar.
