Within most organizational environments, motivation is the process of persuading members of the organization to perform in a productive manner. The debate exists, however, in relation to the best means of motive individuals within organizational environments.
It would be all too soft for employers to offer the promises of bonuses and extra compensation in exchange for more productivity. If this were the winning formula every organization would be successful, we would all be much richer and we would never have any campaign to look other opportunities. Organizations who think so simple mindedly will in reality find it difficult to keep their employees satisfied.
