The recent merger of employees from our White Marsh office and ulterior closure of that office made me think that we could in like manner pore the current office space that we occupy through the carrying into action of teleworking. Given the autonomous nature of our job duties as researchers, telecommuting could be utilized for our offices located in Columbia, San Diego, Glasgow and London. Telecommuting could overly be used by employees in our sales offices passim the United States. By implementing telecommuting, the benefits leave alone not only be seen by the company in reduced costs, but also by the employee by allowing them to reduce their costs as well up as have a better work smell balance.

To implement telecommuting as a solution go away require strong support from upper and middle management.



In addition the IT department pass on also need to be prepared to coordinate the installation of our system into each of the employees office offices. Middle managers will need to prepare their employees for the change and adaption that will take place from working in a tralatitious office to a home office. Also firm policies will have to be in place to keep cross of work schedules.
