Introduction
Since the American war in 2001, countries have left Afghanistan in a deep situation of necessity. Indeed Afghanistan is ruined both in its material buildings and in its population itself.
The population is totally grantd out among all the different ethnic groups which lived together before. No more than personal identity, no more confidence in the power of the coun turn in, population belongs more to their tribes than to the country. up to now thanks to the help from the international community, the Afghan government tries to make their best to make people allocate a common identity, a common feeling to belong to a same country. They hope that Afghans could wish one solar day to belong to a same country and to protect it against their neighborhoods. They try to make Afghanistan a nation, where people would be pleased to share a common identity and would fight for it than more for their tribes.
However could a country with numerous ethnic groups be a nation? Could people have the feeling to belong to a same country and to share a common identity if some ethnic groups had already fought together?
