Organizing is the function of management that involves developing an organisational structure and allocating human being resources to ensure the accomplishment of objectives. The structure of the organization is the frame add within which effort is coordinated. As Coordinator it is my job to organize my people on what they need to do , by how long it is going to image an order, who is more skilled in that type of build and who is the express to get it done.
