Over the last couple of years there crap been new trends that have emerged in the leadforce. There has been the introduction of the greybeards which argon the workers from the bollocks up boomer era who are reaching their 50s. But now that the baby boomers are reaching their 50s and the youth & womens movement is coming on strong there are many problems that companies consider while trying to satisfy all the members of those particular groups as they experience the differences in the workplace and labor force.
